Hi, I am new to The Food Rules The Belly. I love how this recipe looks like and it is super healthy. Where can I get a good dosa pan tawa?
Soniya Saluja says
Hi Cindy, Thanks :) well you can use any nonstick pan or a cast iron pan to make dosa :)
Priyanka gupta says
Sometimes dosa sticks to tava and gets broken.
Soniya Saluja says
Please check your dosa pan tawa.. rub onion with oil on it (when it's hot and then spread the dosa on it..it will no break or stick!
Sanika says
Sonia saw the clip on ur page. Recipe says ingredients are lentils and wheat bulgar then how come the batter was so white in colour? It should be yellowish right?
Soniya Saluja says
Hi Sanika, so this dosa recipe is very forgiving! You can skip any lentil or oats and the dosa will come out good! I think you are asking about the dosa batter I posted in. Group.. in that I had skip green Dal and oats..It was urad Dal, daliya and moongdal.Hope that answers your question :)
