Kickstart your morning routine with Reboot with Joe's Sporty Spice, red juice and improve your stamina. Build your immunity, cleanse & nourish your body.
Hi there guys. How is it going? at your end? Those of you who read regularly will know from my last post that I was out of action for a while as I was in India for a few months. Yup you guessed it right, I thoroughly enjoyed the food scene there. So now it's time to detox. Thus today's post on Reboot with Joe's Sporty Spice. Our regular readers will know that my family is into juicing. Our favorite juice is the Mean Green, however we like the Immune Booster too. Guess what, Little A enjoys these juices as much as we do. Since we had not been juicing while we were away, we are trying to incorporate juicing back into our diets, either during breakfast or lunch.
So today it was turn for Reboot with Joe's Sporty Spice (Red Juice). One of the main ingredients of this red juice are the beets. Oh! Please don't make that face. Even those of you who don't like the earthy flavor of beets will actually fall in love with this juice. Not only does it taste delicious, but it's packed with the goodness of beta-carotenes, Vitamin C & lots of minerals. Beets are super rich in antioxidants and naturally occurring nitrates, that help improve blood flow in the body. This juice helps in balancing oxygen and increasing stamina hence our bodies can respond better to physical activities or workouts.
This is what happens, when you try to mess around too much with the glass trying to take the perfect shot and you still don't manage to get one, as now you have spilled it all.
Actually, pay attention to the picture above. Do you see the rim of the glass coated with fiber from the juice. Is your store bought juice so thick that the fiber sticks around the rim of the bottle. For a matter of fact most store bought juices barely have any fiber, infact they are diluted and have ingredients that are not necessary. To add to that they loose their nutritional value. You can read more about it in my post on What is in your juice and is it worth it? The above picture is proof that if juicing is done correctly, atleast you can avail the benefits of the nutrients available in raw fruits and vegetables.
