"What is in your juice?" published on Huffington Post

Sharing is caring!

Folks, I have some great news to share with you all. Last month one of my posts was published on Huffington Post,  a leading online news aggregation in the US. I had been meaning to share this with you all for a while but we couldn't get around it due to some other blog activities that were lined up. Finally, I am sharing the link with you all. The post is my personal story about being a juice lover and introducing it to my son, followed by my research as to why it isn't the most healthy way of consuming fruits and vegetables. To read this post on Huffington Post click here, or to read it on the blog click here. I would love to hear your thoughts on this post. So feel free to pour in those comments.

Any fruits can be used to make tasty juices; simply pick the ones you enjoy eating and experiment with different combinations to make some interesting juices and smoothies. Ice cubes can be added to your healthy juices for a chilled drink that you can enjoy on hot summer days. You can also add some ice cream for a sweet treat.
