Hands down, these little Quick & Easy Samosa Bites Recipe are one of my most FAVORITE appetizers ever!!! They’ve definitely found a permanent place in my future party menu. I can’t tell you how tasty they really are! I made almost A TON and there wasn’t a leftover by the night’s end. :D
These Samosa Bites are an EASY finger food recipe ANYONE can make. From start to finish – 20 minutes TOPS! These are soooo delicious and always a huge hit with any crowd of hungry party goers. When our family gets together for ANYTHING – these are always a must.
Do not make the mistake of setting them out before you have set at least few aside for yourself ;)

Quick & Easy Samosa Bites
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Easiest Ever Samosa Stuffing
- 12 Athens Foods Mini Fillo Dough Shells
- 2 tablespoon Sweet Tamarind Chutney
- Cilantro for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven / OTG at 350 F .
- Arrange the fillo shells on a baking tray and bake the fillo shells for about 5-7 minutes.
- Allow them to cool.
- Fill the fillo cup with the samosa mixtureEasiest Ever Samosa Stuffing
- Serve it with our Multiporpuse chutney

As an Indian, I am mortified that you refer to these as samosas. I don’t doubt that they are tasty, but it’s like sticking a mince and potato filling on a slice of toast and callling it a Cornish pasty. It’s just wrong.
And where the eck do you get premade samosa filling.
