These Quick & Easy Samosa Bites Recipe is a fun bite sized meal for your family & friends! If  you are looking for a creative snack to serve to your friends & family. These Samosa Bites make a great appetizer or finger food for any party you may be having at your house or attending! Warning.. plan on making some extra quantity as these go fast!

Hands down, these little Quick & Easy Samosa Bites  Recipe are one of my most FAVORITE appetizers ever!!!  They’ve definitely found a permanent place in my future party menu.  I can’t tell you how tasty they really are!  I made almost A TON and there wasn’t a leftover by the night’s end. :D


These Samosa Bites are an EASY finger food recipe ANYONE can make. From start to finish – 20 minutes TOPS! These are soooo delicious and always a huge hit with any crowd of hungry party goers. When our family gets together for ANYTHING – these are always a must.


Do not make the mistake of setting them out before you have set at least few aside for yourself ;)

Quick & Easy Samosa Bites



  1. Preheat the oven / OTG at 350 F .
  2. Arrange the fillo shells on a baking tray and bake the fillo shells for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Allow them to cool.
  4. Fill the fillo cup with the samosa mixtureEasiest Ever Samosa Stuffing
  5. Serve it with our Multiporpuse chutney

As an Indian, I am mortified that you refer to these as samosas. I don’t doubt that they are tasty, but it’s like sticking a mince and potato filling on a slice of toast and callling it a Cornish pasty. It’s just wrong. And where the eck do you get premade samosa filling. Grandma will be the turning her grave.

@Sukhi, its a deconstructed samosa! It think its super creative! Cuts down all that frying! You missed the samosa filling link that was provided. Grandma would have loved this short cut!She had to do everything from scratch and that must not have been very fun either :0))

Hello Sukhi, As an Indian settled in USA, it is difficult to get quality food here. Being a mom of 2 kids, it is very important to try out different things and cuisines with the kids so that they get excited about other cultures.
