- Air Fry at 350 F for 8 mins. You can adjust the timing between 5-8 minutes, depending on how snappy you want them, set the air fryer for a total of between 5-8 minutes. Your Quesadilla is ready when it's golden brown.

- Melted butter or olive oil 2 tsp
- Refried Beans ¼ cup
- Salsa ¼ cup
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese as much or as little as your desire
- Toothpicks 4
Instructions
- Brush one side of a tortilla with melted butter or olive oil.
- Flip it over. Now, pile on your cheese, refried beans and salsa.
- If you want like extra layer of cheese like I have added you can add more cheese at this point.
- Next brush the second tortilla with butter or olive oil.
- Flip it over. Cover the first tortilla loaded with filling.
- Line the air fryer basket with either a liner or parchment paper.
