How to roast Broccoli in Air Fryer
When you are ready to make these crispy florets, here’s what to do.
To start, wash and cut broccoli florets. Next, mix them with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Once the florets are evenly coated, preheat the air fryer to 375F or 190C.
Next, add ¼ cup of water into the basin of the air fryer under the actual basket. The added water helps prevent the broccoli from burning and keeps the broccoli tender as it cooks.

When they are cooked, carefully remove the broccoli and place in a bowl. Finally, sprinkle them with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

We don’t recommend frozen broccoli, but you could use it. If you do use frozen, allow it to thaw completely before using.
