Nutella cookies

Nutella cookies are soft and chewy. Our friends and families cannot get enough of these and they always disappear when we bring them to friend’s houses or serve them to guests.

This nutella cookie recipe is super simple to make. It comes together in about 15 minutes. And it only needs three ingredients you can often find in your kitchen.

Ingredients to make Nutella Cookies

When you make these simple cookies, you only need three ingredients you probably already have on hand. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • All purpose flour - We have not tried it with gluten free flour, but you may find success subbing that in.
  • Non fat yogurt - You could use your preferred brand.
  • Nutella - You really can’t sub this out unless you get a store brand hazelnut spread.

What to do if dough is too crumbly
If you make the nutella cookie recipe and the dough is too crumbly, you can add in a small amount of non-fat yogurt and mix again. If it is still too crumbly, you can add a bit more in until it is not longer crumbly.

What to do if Nutella cookies are spreading after baking
If the nutella cookies spread too much when baking, you can place the dough balls in the fridge or freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes so they start a bit cooler. Don’t let them freeze completely or get too cold, but chilling the dough should help prevent them from spreading too much as they bake.
