- First, soak the chickpeas overnight or place in boiling water for at least an hour.
- Next, drain the water and add the chickpeas to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
- Once the chickpeas are in, pour in the water and pressure cook for 40 minutes or until soft.
- For the smoothest texture, peel the skins off the chickpeas. This step is optional but recommended.
- Finally, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with your favorite dippables like fruits, nuts, crackers, and pretzels.
